Salt Bight Restaurant & Bar  is located in downtown St. Andrews, New Brunswick. It has a nice patio with a great view and it's the perfect place to go on a beautiful day, especially after running an 8km race. We actually had these nachos the day before the race (yay carb loading!) and we loved it so much we went back again after the race. Your Father's Moustache opened its doors in 1989 , and has been a hit on Spring Garden Road for many years due to its high level of service, quality food, and great location! I went to Subway and instead of having my regular cold cut on flatbread, I decided to try their nachos since they were offered for a limited time only. I am a fan of Subway, and I really enjoy when they have the cream of broccoli soup. I love loading up my sub with veggies, along with the perfect blend with avocado and mayo. STMR.36 BBQ & Social is one of the places we make a point to visit when we are in Fredericton (usually for a road race). It's one of those places that, no matter what you try, you will always leave with a smile on your face because the food is just that good. The service we have had there is some of the best we have ever experienced. One of the must-haves is the trash can nachos which they have called "The Best Nachos." Drifter Brew Co. opened its doors in the spring of 2024, taking the place of an old favorite of mine:  Peddler's Creek . They completely re-did the interior and changed the menu which comprises of some of the classic BBQ stuff from Peddler's Creek, and it also now has wood-fired pizza. We waited for this place to open with great anticipation from the moment we tried to go to Peddlers earlier in 2024, only to arrive at a deserted parking lot. When we did some more research, we came to find out that there would be no more Hammond River Brewing/Peddler's Creek/Barrel's Head, and so we waited. We must have been some of the first customers at the new place and we tried the excellent craft beer, pizza, and BBQ food. Mo'Cha Bubble Tea & Cafe is located in Rothesay, New Brunswick, in a new strip mall across from the plaza that has Pomodori and CIBC. This was one of those times where a review got posted in the Foodie group  and we had to go check it out. I appreciate whoever posted that review because they let me know where to find good nachos, so that I could also experience the excellence. I love spreading joy! I also like to give restaurants feedback about my experiences so that they can improve. Founded in Ottawa in 1979, Mexicali Rosa's (Mexi's) is a restaurant that serves "California Style Mexican Food".  Mexi's has two locations in New Brunswick: Moncton and Quispamsis (opened February 2022). The editor is what I also consider the co-founder of the blog since he was the one that picked the domain for the nacho blog so that we could have nachoblog.ca. He is also a big part of  Nacho Blog being on Instagram now (nachoblog.ca) and comes to most of the tastings of the great and maybe not so great plates of nachos. There are times, however, where he cooks a great plate of homemade nachos and I have collected some pictures over the years.  Big shoutout to him as editing is a big job to do and he has done it for 100+ entries now.
