The Buccaneer's Pub is Saint John's oldest pub, and it is located on the west side of the city, close to Moosehead Breweries and Simms' Corner. The Buccaneer's Pub is known for its reasonably priced food and craft beer, and it was time I rated a new place in Saint John for the first time in a while. Keep in mind, however, that there were not a lot of layers on the nachos so it would have been hard to mess up the distribution of toppings. In addition, some of the outside chips were missing some veggies and chicken. Quality The pita chips were fresh and I liked how there were two different types of cheese mixed on them. Maxwell's Plum is a pub located in the downtown core of Halifax, Nova Scotia. We have found ourselves at Maxwell's Plum a couple of times now, and I think that it's safe to say that you should just go there for the beer selection and skip the nac- chips and cheese dip. I may be toning it down with going to restaurants and rating nachos for a while; however, you never know what is to come for the future of the Nacho Blog. Rustico is located in the downtown core of Fredericton New Brunswick's "South Side". In addition, Rustico is known mostly for its pizza, but what you may not know is that it is the sponsor for the 5km of the Fall Classic race! Of course, we did not have pizza and decided to do further research for the blog by having their nachos. Maxwell's Restaurant & Bar is located in the heart of downtown Fredericton, New Brunswick inside the Beaverbrook Crowne Plaza hotel. When I say downtown Fredericton, I mean the "South Side", which has the universities and colleges as well as The Snooty Fox (The Excellence) .
