Founded in 1783, Rockwood Park is 2200 acres and is the second largest urban park in Canada. In the park, you will find the Lily Lake Pavillion which contains Lily's Lakeside Casual Dining. When you ask anyone around Saint John 'where is the best place for nachos?' Lily's is a common answer. I have had some bad experiences with Lily's; however, I am happy to close 2022 with a brand new glowing review of this popular non-profit restaurant. That's right! Rocky's Sports Bar was founded by Saverio Rocca in 1995 and it is located in uptown Saint John, New Brunswick. Rocky's has many flat screen televisions where you can watch some local and international sports. There were two different types of cheese and once we ate the first layer, BAM... it was gone and we were left with chips and veggies. We think that when a special sauce is offered for nachos, the restaurants decide to go easy on the cheese, and that is a mistake. I am thinking that there should at least be an option

I had been kind of quiet lately with the nacho blog as I hadn't been having a lot of nachos lately. However, times have changed and I am ready to go on some adventures where nachos are involved! One of these adventures took us to the restaurant that is located inside the Delta in Fredericton, New Brunswick which is called the STMR.36 BBQ & Social. We went there for lunch our first day at the hotel and noticed the nachos on the menu. The next day, after a nice long run outside, I was ready to get fueled on some carbs, protein, fats, and all the wonderful flavors that combine when you have nachos. There was certainly a lot of good flavors going on when we had nachos on that beautiful spring evening at the Delta. We went again in November 2022, and it was the same excellent experience as before.
