The Grass Roots Grill is located at the Hampton Golf Club in Hampton, New Brunswick. They also have a location at the Westfield Golf Club! We went in 2019 and it was a disappointing nacho experience where I made them passable with a C+ rating. I can assure you that the visit in May 2021 was better than our previous C+ experience.

Distribution of Toppings
The distribution of toppings was way better in May 2021. There might have been a few chips left over but overall these nachos were effectively layered.
Quality
They probably could have been cooked for 2 more minutes in the oven but they were pretty close with the toast factor. The chips were nice and crunchy, the blended cheeses were great, and there was a good amount of shaved prime rib on them.
Value
The Prime Rib Nachos are $18 including the beef and dips. They also offer Pulled Pork Nachos for $17. They are more expensive than what they were previously but the quality has significantly gone up since our visit in 2019. I think the price is fair considering the distribution of toppings and the quality.
Quantity
I thought they were sufficient to share as a meal before a nice afternoon of golf in the spring.
Conclusion
Whether you're fueling up for a good round of golf, or you're celebrating after the game, these nachos are pretty good. The only place where they would lose points is that they have not yet mastered the toast factor which is what separates a good nacho from an excellent nacho. However, I have increased the rating by one letter grade, and if I do the awards this year, they would certainly be a contender for the most improved nacho.
