Beertown is located in downtown Toronto and has wonderful indoor seating, away from hornets. Hornets are pretty spooky. They just do this flying swoopy thing and you never know when they might sting or just have a sniff of your food and drink.

| Beertown Loaded Nachos - September 2026 |
Distribution of Toppings
The distribution of toppings was almost perfect. It doesn't look like a lot of toppings like the other places we went to in Toronto but Beertown is one of those places where they don't have to load the nachos to the extreme for them to be good.
Quality
Oh my goodness gracious! Homemade salsa! I'm usually not one to really eat the salsa when I have nachos because I prefer guacamole and sour cream, but this time I ate up all that salsa. It reminded me of the homemade salsa recipe I make at home. I really love that they put the dips on the side (which allows me to be in control of which dips I eat, and how much). There was lots of cheese and fresh tomatoes, green onions, banana peppers with juicy brisket chunks. The chips were just like the chips you get in Mexico. They also had a tasty seasoning on them and had some fresh cilantro for an extra touch.
Quantity
This was sufficient to share for lunch.
Value
The loaded nachos come to $25.49. If you add smoked brisket or roasted chicken it is $4.49 extra. If you add guacamole it is $3.49 extra. This was an amazing value for an amazing plate of nachos.
Conclusion
These nachos were the perfect example of: you do not have to load them with toppings for them to be good. I think they were the only nachos where we did not experience soggy chips and I think the MVP of the plate was the homemade salsa with the seasoned chips as an honorable mention. Absolutely fantastic!
