Water's Edge Resto Bar Grill is located inside the Delta Hotel in Charlottetown, Prince Edward Island. I spent a lot of time drinking a lot of Corona Zeroes (I emptied their stock) and just having some great conversations before and after running the Charlottetown Marathon. They were some of the friendliest servers and bartenders that I have experienced in a long time and they really made my stay feel special. After I ran the marathon, it was time to have some nachos. What could be better than a plate of nachos after running for 5+ hours? (Hope for it to be 3+ hours, but that's a story in itself)

Distribution of Toppings
I would give the distribution of toppings a 4/5. It was not perfect as there were some bare chips left over, but I was satisfied with it. There were lots of dips for the chips in case there was a chip with nothing on it! There was also some queso with multiple layer distribution.
Quality
I found that the beef was a bit bland and dry and the guacamole was also plain jane but still pretty good. There was good toast factor and the nachos were cooked through. The overall taste was good and the chips were fresh and crunchy.
Quantity
After marathons, I am not overly hungry so I think this was sufficient to share for lunch afterwards. I was very hungry by supper!
Service
I absolutely loved the service at the Delta. They were efficient but they went above and beyond in friendliness. I would love to stay at the Delta again next time I'm in Charlottetown because the service was just that good at the bar and at the restaurant.
Conclusion
The nachos were pretty plain jane overall, but they were decent, especially after burning about 4,000 calories that morning! I hope they stock the fridge with many Corona Zeroes for my next visit!
