Pub des Borgia is located in old Quebec City and it is at the bottom of the steep set of stairs called Escalier Casse-Cou (Breakneck Stairs), and also at the bottom of the Funiculaire . I was happy to re-visit this place in our second visit to Quebec City in December 2025. I think we will visit this pub every time we are in town and consider ourselves "regulars".
