Salt Bight Restaurant & Bar is located in downtown St. Andrews, New Brunswick. It has a nice patio with a great view and it's the perfect place to go on a beautiful day, especially after running an 8km race. We actually had these nachos the day before the race (yay carb loading!) and we loved it so much we went back again after the race.

Distribution of Toppings
There was a lot of cheese to go with these nachos. The distribution of toppings was perfect with a mouthful of cheese and chips in every bite.
Quality
There was a lot of banana peppers on the nachos which really popped out and overpowered the other flavors. There was a lot of cream on top which normally I like to have on the side to dip, which helps avoid soggy nachos. However, these nachos were not soggy, so not a problem! There was a lot of salsa on the side for dipping. The toast factor was on point and all the cheese was melted. The overall taste was great as well. I really appreciate a good cheesy nacho.
Quantity
This was sufficient to share for supper, although the editor did order some unlimited french fries afterwards!
Service
The bartenders were funny and talked to us a lot even though they were busy and one of them was working a double shift!
Value
The Salt Bight Nachos are $18. If you add beef it is $5 extra, chicken $9 extra, guacamole $2.50 extra and an additional sour cream $2.50 extra. I think the value is fair considering the whole nacho experience.
Conclusion
I think we'll go back to St. Andrews soon and have these again, and take better pictures! I think the main thing I would change is to have fewer banana peppers and have the sour cream on the side. Otherwise, they were a very tasty and solid plate of nachos.
