It was our last day in Toronto and we decided to take the long ride from our hotel by the airport into town for one last shot at what could be the best plate of nachos in Canada. I wasn't ready to say that the Beertown nachos were the best on our trip or that the Snooty Fox in Fredericton were the best in Canada. I was ready to have my mind blown and when it's your last day in a big city, you have to make it count. I wanted these nachos to be on my mind while we are trying to land in foggy Saint John and then rushing to work immediately after landing with my ears still plugged up from the plane. Plus, who knows when we will be in Toronto again? It's between Toronto or Quebec City for our fall marathon next year. They are doing a battle in my mind. Mo'Cha Bubble Tea & Cafe is located in Rothesay, New Brunswick, in a new strip mall across from the plaza that has Pomodori and CIBC. This was one of those times where a review got posted in the Foodie group and we had to go check it out. I appreciate whoever posted that review because they let me know where to find good nachos, so that I could also experience the excellence. I love spreading joy! I also like to give restaurants feedback about my experiences so that they can improve. When I post these reviews, I have also provided feedback to the restaurant either in-person in the moment, or when they send a link for feedback afterwards. One of the things they say often in that Facebook group is "did you let the manager know before you posted this review online?" To answer that question, yes, I do. My hope is that my efforts have led to people having amazing nachos.
My friend asked me if I went to Mo'Cha Bubble Tea for their nachos, and I said "Yes I went immediately! I will post the review to the blog today!" It is now two months later... better late than never!

The distribution of toppings was excellent. It was a party with every bite.
Quality
One thing that stood out with these nachos is that there was not a lot of cheese. Asking for extra cheese is recommended. There was also not much of a toast factor. However, the veggies were nicely diced, the beef was well seasoned, and there were good sauce and topping options. These are take-out type nachos so it is the same idea as Taco Boyz where you ask them to put the toppings on.
Quantity
This was enough to share as a snack.
Service
The friendly workers really wanted our feedback, and they communicated often to let us know the status of our order as we had to wait a bit.
Value
The large nachos came to $10.98 and to add beef it was $3.98 extra. The great taste, low price, and great service make these an excellent value - possibly the best value we've ever seen.
Conclusion
Although there was not a lot of cheese, Mo'Cha Bubble Tea & Cafe's nachos had a great value, quality, distribution of toppings, and service. I think it's exactly what I would like to see with Taco Boyz.
